They appear to have never encountered a non-multiple choice question; one yelling yesterday, "Why can't you put the answers on and side and we can pick?", on a test about types of characters. This is the same period that a kid sat for 24 minutes (I timed it) not doing anything because she didn't have a pencil... what happened to "Hey, Ms. W, I need a pencil?" This caused me to fly into my "You have to be proactive, not reactive" rant. However, starting Outsiders on Monday, so all is well!
