You are the kind of teacher I aim to be, and I have been stealing your Mark Twain stuff for a couple of years now. We sort of seem to be on the same wavelength when it comes to speaking to the kids and hitting what's relevant, though you apparently have some way cool tech stuff that I'm not privy to. I teach 7th lit in Birmingham, Alabama, and added a few 8th grade lit classes this year, so I finally get to do The Outsiders (it's with our 8th grade curriculum). If it's OK with you, will again "borrow" your stuff, though not entirely shamelessly. Thanks for being a wonderful, innovative teacher, and thanks for being so generous with your work. You should probably get it into print and get some $ for your effort. I would MUCH rather pay for your stuff than for the less-than-stellar teacher "guides" that are available.
